I am asking for some help. I have my first head, I have high blood pressure. I don't know what to take. Help me out if you can.

Hello FirstTimer,
Best to call your doc for suggestions, or at least speak with a pharmacist--I know there are OTC cold/congestion remedies that are better suited for those who have hypertension issues.

Hi FirstTimer,
I don't know if this might help --- have you looked into a sinus rinse? Good example is the NeilMed sinus rinse system. I use it to clear my sinuses in the winter so I can breathe with mask on. However, I also agree with Rip that checking with your doc would be the best idea!
