Manufacturers losing a challenge may suffer. However, CPAP users suffer nightly due to the industry's lack of standardized, free and available product knowledge. The product challenge represents a feedback loop between CPAP user product satisfaction and the manufacturers who produce products. Manufacturers who embrace this new paradigm will please CPAP users and prosper.
Perfect.
