well I went to the doctor today and I am doing alot better with the new mask, it has worked great for 2 weeks, my problem I am having is getting to sleep I will go to bed and just lay there for hours between 3 or 4 in the morning I will fall asleep, and sleep about 4 to 5 hours and get up, it is driving me crazy, he ask me some questions, I told him that I cant turn my brain off, I think about things that are going on and I worry about everything, after a long talk, he decided that I might have an anxiety disorder, and I think he is right, I was thinking that my not sleeping is making me feel like at any moment I am going to lose my mind but he says that my anxiety is making it so I cant sleep and he says that is making my sleep apnea even worse so he gave me something to help my nerves
lets hope it works, oh he says that I am not going to work any time soon, he gave me a note for 3 more weeks and I have to see him before I can go back to work
checkin in
One thing that helped with a racing mind it to sit down in the evening somewhere outside the bedroom, and write down all the things I have to do and take care of. And then leave them there, outside the bedroom - telling myself I deserve a break. You can make it an almost formal act: close the notepad, look at it, tell yourself the worries will stay there for the night, and now its your turn to relax.
It's good to here you're doing better with the mask.

And now here is my secret, a very simple secret; it is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye.
