Mack's Ear Plugs

well I have used the mack's ear plugs for 2 night now and they are great, I got a new mask Wednesday the quattro but it still leaks, right at the ends of the mouth but I got the plugs flattened them out and put it around the bottom of the mask and I have slept 2 nights with little problems,
I have gave up caffeine now going on the 3rd day for that and wow that is hard, my head is killing me, and I am so tired but it is suppose to pass,

Caffeine is a stimulant and it will take time for your body to adjust to the changes you are making. Stick with it and before you know it you won't crave the caffeine and you should feel better.
