is there an UPDATE of ENCORE PRO from version 1.0 to later?

Hi,

I have Encore Pro version 1.003 but now on website respironics.com it says that the latest version is 1.8i compatible with Vista. cpap.com has only 1.0 for sale. Do you know folks, whether it is possible to upgrade the software (i.e. download update) or buy the newest version? There are no indications on respironics website.

What cpap.com has is is the NEW Encore Viewer 1.0. It is vista compatable but is not the same as Encore Pro. Respronics no longer will sell Encore Pro to the user, only to Drs and DMEs. Encore Viewer won't let you change your settings or erase the card. The version of Encore Pro you need for Vista and the new Autos with Aflex is eather 1.8i.49 or 1.8i.65.

The detailed data you'd see in the new Encore Viewer 1.0 (made for patients) is the same detailed data you'd see in the most recent version of Encore Pro 1.8.
