Software Patch/Update for Encore Pro?

Software Patch/Update for Encore Pro?

Hi all,

I bought my M Series Auto w/ C-Flex about a year ago with the Encore Pro Software (version 1.6i). Now that I've just upgraded my computer, which runs Windows Vista, I'm wondering if there are any patches or updates available that will enable me to run my software on my new computer? Or do I have to purchase new software? If so, it looks like EncoreViewer is the only software I see for sale on cpap.com - is EncorePro unavailable?

Thanks and sorry for all the questions, I've been pretty out of the loop for the past six months, and it looks like quite a bit has changed!

I gather 1.6 won't work and you'll need Encore Viewer.

You need Encore Pro 1.8 or the new Encore Viewer to run on Vista.

Has anyone tried running it in XP compatibility mode? Do that by right clicking on the executable and choosing that option.
