Any experiences with the "Soma" pillow?

Post by Solar » Sat Nov 03, 2007 7:42 pm

I wondered into the Brookstone store today, and they had these oddly-shoped "Soma Pillows" by the door that were purported to be clinic-tested to "Reduce Snoring and Mild Sleep Apnea." Not terribly cheap-$129.

Has tried one of these, and how did it work for you?

If it matters at all, I use an Optilife mask, with APAP pressure of 6-10 cm.

I have seen the "Soma Pillows" commercials. I don't know anyone that has one.

There is an interesting pillow for people that are sleeping with masks at: http://www.sleeprestfully.com/sleepaid.asp

However, to tell you the truth, I just started looking at merchandise today. There is probably something better that I have not seen yet.

Here's a link to another discussion of this. They call them Sona Pillows.
