I have arrived! yahoo

Post by Pam » Sun Oct 21, 2007 4:41 pm

I had 0 (zero) apneas, 0 (zero) hyponeas last night.

Each day this week, since the doc has changed my levels to 9cm - 11cm, I have had improvements. Plus last week we got the chimpmunk cheeks and rainout solved.

I have been feeling better gradually each day. I just really hope that this last week continues to becomes a "normal" week for me.

I know that the card did read data last night as it gave me my minutes in each of my levels, and any snores I had.

I have so very much to thank all of you on here for. I would have given up many times if it wasn't for you guys and my brothers death from OSA.

Thank you
Love you all
Pam

Pam, good to hear you are making such encouraging progress in your treatment. I'm sorry your motivation came at such a high price, but your commitment to making this work for you is a fitting tribute to honor your brother. You are an ideal ambassador for OSA diagnosis and treatment, and your post here will I'm sure impact someone to renew their commitment to making treatment work.

I felt pretty good today, so I pulled a Silverlining report from my 420e, it showed I had 22 Apneas, 23 Hypopnea and some vibratory snores and 2 CA's. May seem high but I slept for 8 full hours, I haven't done that in 8 years.

I've had nights where my AHI was zero or had zero apnea and felt much worse. I wish I could get a whole bunch more like I got last night.

Of course I'll probably be too rested from last night to get to sleep tonight.

someday science will catch up to what I'm saying...
