Did a DVD come with your REMstar Plus M Series?

Post by Nightwatcher » Tue Oct 16, 2007 9:08 pm

Hi Guys,

Does anyone else have a Respironics REMstar Plus M Series? Did a DVD come with yours?

I would think, given the complexity of the machines and the high quit rate that a DVD with extra information would come with it. Mine did not. How about yours?

thanks!

Nope I don't think any thing like this exists. This is what the brick and morter DME's are suposed to do to earn their money!

[quote="terryann1111"]My hubby works for Respironics; although, not at the division that makes the sleep apnea equipment.

When I got my equipment, obviously he was there if I had any questions. Don't know that anyone at Respironics has realized that the general public could use an instructional/encouraging DVD. I do know that it took me probably three weeks before I could sleep more than half the night with mine...and three months before I awoke with that darn mask still on! My husband, on the other hand, slept with his all night by the second night!!!

I'll mention this post to him so he can share the idea with those with the POWER...but don't hold your breath! They are, after all, full of red tape and politics just like any other corporation!

By the way, does anyone know if the other companies include a DVD with their equipment?

Now I feel slighted. I have had 3 "M" series machines and did not get a DVD with any of them.
