Encore Pro 1.7 Question

Does anyone know how to make it so that the data is not deleted everytime I download it? I have tried the instructions for 1.6i but that doesn't seem to have the same options.

Have you checked all of the menu's inside... 1.8 has it as a menu option.

At the top of the opening page there is a choice for preferences. Click on that, and when it opens, on the lower left side of the screen is a check box that you would check that will allow what you want.

For others who might be wondering about how to set their Encore Pro for "don't erase" (leave all data intact on the card after downloads):

Don't erase instructions for 1.6 and 1.8 are at:

You don't have to worry about that with Encore Viewer. The Encore Viewer software made for patients' use already has it set to not erase the card.
