I got my CPAP in early July and am feeling MUCH better. No more dozing while driving or at my desk. More productive at work. Seem to be able to remember stuff better. Never thought I had OSA as bad as some despite a 100+ AHI during my sleep study, i.e. not falling asleep mid-sentence.
Got the ResScan software for the blower. Not the best software, but at least it lets me chart stuff.
I realize that feeling better is the whole point, but I rarely see an AHI less than 10. In fact, in the first 4 weeks or so (and without the data in front of me) I'd say a third of the nights were under 10. Now, it's rare. Last night was one, but the previous one was at least a week ago. Leak is 0.0 or in the hundredths of a L/min.
Ideas about reducing AHI? Or should I just not worry about it?
Edit: Forgot to add. I disabled that silly ramp thing. I'd rather just have it go 13 cm right off. I figure I will hear leaks better that way ...
