Repironics Profile Lite Gel Mask with Overhead Hose?

I'm thinking of trying to Profile Lite Gel Mask https://www.cpap.com/productpage/profil ... onics.html

Looking at the pictures, the headgear doesn't seem to have anywhere to tie the hose above your head to route it away from your body (I sleep on my side/stomach). Has anyone used a seperate strap accross the top to tie the hose to? Does the hose connector on the mask swivel 360 to allow for an overhead routing?
