After over a year of autpap use at 9cmH2O min and 14cmH2Omax with my PB420E, I've finally discovered that the best or most ideal MINIMUM pressure for myself is the one appearing to be efficient more than 90% of time which is 11 as shown in the data. And this holds true even when I switch to straight CPAP at 11cmH2O . . . I am surprised that my AHI is very much lower. I know our individual differences when it comes to the effects of CPAP treatment folks, but I just feel like sharing my experience. You may give it a try. Who knows it might work on you as well.
