Should be pretty close. I found that a Quattro Large is just a teeny bit larger than my UMFF but still fits OK.
I always recommended that if a person was measuring for a UMFF and they fell halfway in between sizes, to go for the next size larger. I think with the Quattro, you might want the size smaller.

If you call ResMed at 1-800-424-0737 and ask for a sizing guide for the Quattro, they will be happy to send you one-- I did and they did! I also received a letter from one of their RN's who is a Clinical Patient Advocate, giving some specific suggestions for measuring and sizing the Quattro.

FWIW, I use a medium in both the UMFF and the MQFF. For me, the sizing seems pretty close on those masks.
