red marks on nose from mask
Is there a way to keep from getting a red mark across the top of my nose from the mask? I've adjusted the mask and still seem to get it no matter what adjustments I make. I've even tried using a small padded bandaid which only seemed to help a little. Any advice? Thanks.
You can also contact PADACHEEK. You can got to http://www.padacheek.com and get contact info, or just PM her(Karen is a forum member). She helped someone with this problem, I'm sure she would try to help you too.

The mask you have does give a lot of people marks across the nose. The cushion can be a little short for some folks. I suggest you get a different mask that has a choice of cushion sizes, like the Activa.
I know you have tried this , but it's easy to over-tighten that mask. It's best to adjust the straps with your head down, while you are on your stomach.
Also, please try loosening the top straps and tightening the bottom ones a bit. I really had to play with the tension to get it right. Once I did, there were no more marks.
If you can get the tension right with minimum leaks, this is one of the most comfy and quiet masks out there.
Best,
