OK, is there any way to get some really good headgear, like on the mirage vista, for the swift or any nasal pillow system.. I simply cannot keep them on my head, they roll up the back of my head and right off in my sleep and i dont ever know it.. I like the way the mirage vista gear cannot come off and clamps on the side.. any ideas?? I tried the vista last night and it was really ok, nothing on the bridge of my nose, but i woke up with terrible red gouges around where the mask itself was on my cheeks beside my nose and 2 hours later they are still there..now, how is anyone supposed to wake up and go anywhere, and the bad part is i slept great with it.. So, i cant be the only one with a fat face and deep marks. I am beginning to think the mask is the biggest part of my problem. I thought it was the machine, but when i checked the settings last night it said only 16 days of use. . I have used it way more, i guess that was the mask coming off.. lots of things to figure out here but i am trying..
headgear
Ahhh, the mask IS the hardest part to get right! Sometimes tweaking the headgear helps. If you have real big marks the mask may be too tight. heres a link to some mask topics with trick for you to try;

Cindy, while I haven't tried them, many people here swear by PadACheeks. She's one of our forum members and will even make custom pads for people. I really need to get some for myself - got my own fat face and my deep "smile" creases are where my masks tend to leak
Sounds like the straps are really too tight. No way they should be still leaving marks! Having them too tight can also contribute to leaking.
Brenda is correct - the hardest part of all to get right is the mask - at least it was for me!!!
Keep trying
Linda

Did you try the velcro on the back strap of the Mirage Swift ?
My MS II never comes off with the velcro on
and snuggle straps keep off any red marks
