I'm currently using an Adam Circuit mask with headgear. The way the mask is constructed, the hose goes over my forehead (under the headgear) and over the back of my head. I've had a rash where the headgear holds the hose against my forehead, and it's kind of ugly - thankfully my bangs partially hide it. I've tried wrapping the hose in soft cloth, but nothing seems to work. What to do?
Sleep apnea really sucks, and the treatment really blows, but until Judgement Day, I'm not giving up!

The pictures on cpap.com show the hose routed above the headgear. Do you think you could try wearing the mask like that?

Are you sure its a rash and not an abrasion?
Do you have a backup mask you could wear till the place heals?

Try covering the hose with a tube of fabric. I've covered similar masks with tubes of fleece.
