Heading in for surgery...wish me luck!!! Only get to do this once...

Good luck what surgery is it? I'm getting sinus surgery next week, getting them reamed out.

I sure hope this is the answer to your challenges, and that things improve drastically for you.

And congrats on making it this far -- we can be stronger than we give ourselves credit for sometimes

josh,

best of luck to you...i really hope this makes the difference you need...you have been through so much and toughed it out...you'll tough this out, too...

jabberwock is right...give yourself lots of credit for making it to this point and make sure you're kind to yourself after the surgery

take good care of yourself and please let us know how you're doing as soon as you're able

see you on the other side of surgery!
