Where do I find an "M" number for a mask???
Where do I find an "M" number for a mask??? APRIA doesn't carry the Quattro FF or the Soyala FF. They said they will try to order is I can provide an M number to them.

I don't know what an M number is. Maybe others will. I would think it is the manufacturer's product code number.
Resmed has product codes of 61200 to 61203 for the Quattro FF depending on size.
Strangly, the Somnotech web site does not provide any information about the Soyala FF. Cpap.com has product code numbers for the Soyala FF of WM26610 to WM26630 depending on size, but I don't know if those are simply their numbers or correspond to the manufacturer's numbers.

I'm guessing M for Model. And I would think you might find that at the manufacturer's site and webpage for that mask. A google search should bring up the manufacturer's home page and then maybe you'd need to look for a link from that page to Products.
I'm not familiar w/either mask so don't know their manufacturer.

You might try checking a site w/the HCPCS codes as, for instance, the straight CPAPs have a E preceding their code (E being part of the code).
Unfortunately, I don't have an HCPCS code URL at my fingertips. Betchya RestedGal does tho!!!! Try PMing her. It wouldn't surprise me one whit that she'd know what they mean by the M number.

Apria Houston has ordered both the Quattro and Soyala masks for me in the past two months. I pulled the packing slip for the Quattro and it shows no "M" number, neither do any of the other mask packing slips from Apria. Sorry I haven't found the Soyala packing slip.
What the packing slip for the Mirage Quattro does show:
. The item number is 61226400.
. Shipped from Apria Kansas City, showing warehouse location as 327-07-201.
The brochure that came with the Mirage Quattro shows the following product codes:
. 61200 Mirage Quattro X-Small
. 61201 Mirage Quattro Small
. HCPCS reimbursement code is A7030 for the whole mask.
. HCPCS reimbursement code for the cushion only is A7031.
Hopefully with armed with all these numbers you'll get somewhere with them. I've found that having my doctor write a very specific prescription works best with Apria. Info can vary depending on which rep you talk with. Sometimes it's a piece of cake - others NOT. Good luck in the quest.

M Numbers
I am an Apria employee and I am going to apologize for that person asking you for the M number. An M number is something we at Apria use internally to order supplies. She never should have askied you that as you wouldn't know unless you were an Apria employee. Also, Apria does supply both the Soyala and Quattro masks. The Customer service person would have been able to look that up if she had the model number. I apologize you were given incorrect information.
