Water leak

Post by billd » Sun Jul 22, 2007 4:46 pm

I have an M series CPAP with integrated humidifier. The past couple of mornings I have woken up I am out of water and I have a puddle under the CPAP machine. I can not see where it is comming from. Any Ideas?

Thanks

Bill

They recalled leaking tanks from the M series. See your DME supplier.

Whenever, you put the two humidifier pieces together, make sure that the rubber band is completely straight, and not bent in any place.

Do you know the lot/serial numbers of the humidifiers in question?

Doug.

Well I called my DME yesterday. Told them my humidifier tank was leaking. I got a package today from them New M series humidifier complete package. So I will call them tommorow to see what needs to be done to the old one.

Thanks Apria in Tustin, CA for the quick service.

It won't make a good FishTank, if it doesn't hold water, If they didn't tell me what to do with it, I'd put it in a closet for a year then dispose of it. Jim
