Forgot to mention, night 2 and questions.

Night two went very well. I put a couple rubber bands on the tubes behind my head on my Nasalair II and it really helped hold things perfectly in place. I may have had it a little tight though as my right nostril is a little sore today. My lead number went down. And my APN/HYP index went from 3 to 2.9.

Also noticed how I can REALLY smell the house when I take the mask off. Fortunately it's a pleasant smell; kinda woody.

Regarding cleaning, how often should you clean a Nasalair II and the hose? Any tips on easy ways to do this?
