Got a new Machine, but wanted to thank the group....

Hello!

A while back many of you responded to my urgent request for assistance. My REMstar Plus LX had all sorts of problems and needed reprogramming. Thanks to the files sent to me by various of the folks on this board, I was able to reprogram the unit and get by.

Recently, I got good news: We qualified for Arizona's insurance (for the working poor) and a CPAP was possible. I went through all the paperwork, had a sleep study, and just a few days ago I got the new unit. It's a REMstar M Series w/a heated humidifier built-in. Wow, but things have come a long way since I was diagnosed back in 1999! Even my new face mask (FlexiFit431 by SleepStyle) is more comfortable than anything else I've ever used. What a difference!

I managed to get ahold of the Provider's Quick Setup Guide, scanned it, and put it up on my ftp page as a thankyou to you all. You can find it at

I'm also going to send the file to a couple of the 'main' people on this board so that anyone that needs it can have a copy.

Thanks again to everyone that responded in my time of need.

Sleep Well.

Hi Scott,

Been wondering how you were getting along.
Glad to hear you're getting a new machine.

Best wishes,
