Used a Breath Right strip

last night for the first time in several months and look at my leak rates.

I'm convinced that nasal congestion and leak rates are strongly intertwined.

I swear by breath right strips and I use a full face mask too !

I used them for years before getting my nose fixed, and after that, didn't think I needed them anymore. Boy was I wrong.

Show me 10 days of data like that and I'll believe it. (That's the statistics teacher in me talking).

Hey... how do you get your leak rates to show up in your My Encore?

I always liked using the Breathe Rite strips -- really opens up the nose air passages. But too bad I get an allergic adhesive rash from them.

Have you tried the clear ones for sensitive skin? That's what I use.

How do you get that?
