Encore Pro Software cards

Can anyone tell me if using an Encore Pro data CARD and its stored information from cpap machine, which was viewed in one computer, with a certain ver., and not erased, be able to be read in another computer with different setup information requirements and different version? We installed our new software and reader on our computer and put the card we've been using from our home care provider in it to see if would work (did not get card with software and reader.) Will homecare provider still be able to read it as they have different name and information setup and different version from what we have.

As long as the card is not erased, it will work from any version of Encore Pro, that was intended to read that machine. Some of the later Remstars require later versions of the software to be supported. Jim
