Mine's a "Bo Derek". A perfect 10. The RT said that was significantly high. I'm learning from this board that's about the minimum for cpap therapy.

Cheers,
B.

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula. :)

The avg effective treatment pressure is 10 cm. It's not the pressure that counts, what it has to be is enough to hold your airway open under the worst condition. Jim

I was titrated at 11, but I demanded an auto machine.
I started on 6-12 per the prescription, but raised the bottom end up to 8.

Machine spends most of it's time between 8 and 9 now.

Titrated at 7 cm. Currently running 8.

My AHI is still hovering around 3, so I will likely try a slightly higher pressure soon. I'm just waiting on a new mask, and don't want to make two changes at once.
