Extremely dry mouth

Post by LilBuckaroo » Tue Apr 24, 2007 10:48 pm

Hey y'all,

It has been a long time since I have written. Have a question for the "experts".

I have a ResMed S7 Lightweight Machine with a humidifier and I am using an F&P HC431 FF mask. I run the humidifier at approximately half open. I "like" the machine and mask, as much as one can like these things.

I usually awaken with an extremely dry mouth. I use an FF mask because I can't breathe through my nose.

Are there any remedies for this problem?

You can up the temp on the HH. There are mouthwashes for dry mouth, I think one of them is Biotene. They are supposed to keep your mouth moist.
