P10 Problem

P10 Problem

Is there any nasal pillow mask with pillows that are bigger than the Large size on the P10 or P30i?
I'm a tall man with a big, long nose, and even the Large size feels like it's suffocating me. I tried the Medium too, but it was even worse.
And what mask would you recommend to me overall?

No personal experience with this but just googled and I see some masks claim to be designed for this very purpose. Hopefully someone will come along soon with experience and recommendations based on successful user experience.
