Waking up exhausted with headaches. Can someone look at my OSCAR data?

Hi all,

I've been using my CPAP for about 3 years and have tried various masks, but I'm still waking up really tired/sleepy and often wake up with a headache.

I don't really know how to read OSCAR, so I'm hoping someone can look at my data and tell me if anything obvious stands out. I attached a daily report.

Setup:
- ResMed AirSense 11 AutoSet
- Pressure: 5-15
- EPR: full-time, level 3
- Ramp: off
- Mask: Philips nose mask, small cushion: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08P2BXHDC
- Heated tube
- Humidifier: 6
