US to Asia time zone issue - AIRSENSE 11

Post by Jason7 » Wed Dec 31, 2025 9:09 pm

Hi - from the US, traveling in Asia the next 3 months.

When I check my daily AHI, my Airsense 11 is presenting data from only 1-2 hours -- I assume because of the time difference between home (Eastern Standard UTC -5 vs. where I am now Australia UTC +10)

I tried to change the time zone on the cpap, but I get the message that I cannot do so because "there is saved therapy data".
I don't mind erasing data to be able to change the time zone.

So I cannot check my daily AHI, and I also need compliance data for Medicare.

Also I will be changing between 5 different GMT time zones in the next 3 months (sometimes back and forth), so I imagine this will be a recurring issue.

I would appreciate if anyone has experience with this.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Jason

A ResMed day is noon-to-noon.

But the total time of use is not being lost just split by the noon-to-noon cycles and not actual sessions.

Do not erase the data if compliance is still important to you. Data is sent to via the cellular system, and while you're travelling, likely won't be sent while out of country. It will then all be sent when you're home or in a compatible cellular system.

If you erase all the data, when you get home it won't be sent, and you won't get compliance credit for it.
