Oscar data help reseed auto curve bipap

Hello I was titrated at CMSA with PEZ study at 10 Ipap 6 Epap but I can't not achieve good results at home. I can't sleep in my bed it's worse , they pirated on my back mostly cause I have bad hips and I toss and turn, full mask f40 sw . I think the pez helped my deviated septum though. I don't know what to do they won't help anymore and I don't understand Oscar . I also have tmd but can't wear a mad or a mad and nasal mask I tried, I have tried tape and chin strap no good . I can't seem to stop the leaking , I have lots of reflux issues too the air rushing in wakes me up . Please help

Your leaks, as far as effectiveness goes, are not so bad. The machine can compensate for leaks up to approximately 35 lpm. Now, if the leaks are waking you, that's not good. You could watch some videos on YouTube about "fitting and adjusting" your mask model.

Do you have reflux or air inflating the stomach (aerophagia) due to the CPAP pressure? Maybe both?

I got a titration but still not sleeping. Yes I have reflux, ted , miltary neck, can't sleep on my bed , can't wear a nasal mask, lots of issues. I am or reflux meds , can't elevate , issues sleep on left side too. Can't tape so using cervical collar,
