Methylpholate supplements?

Has anyone taken this supplement and has it helped? I have adhd insomnia and anxiety. My gene test says I’m low or don’t process this gene correctly so I’m taking a supplement. Thanks!

It sounds like you have the TMHFR mutation (as do I). Just because you do doesn't mean there is a problem however. If there is a doctor can offer advice for supplementation.
