Please help me understand oscar.

Hello everyone im new to resmed and oscar but I've been treating my apnea for 15 months. I just recently upgraded from the luna almost a month ago so now I can finally see my data. Ive been waking up so many times like every hour and a half or less evert night leaving me so exausted and with high bp at night. Im a small person about 140lbs but have been dealing with this for too long. My ahi is low but my fragmented sleep is worse than ever and time spent in events persists seems quite high. Please give any help or insight my life is crumbling.
