How do I power down ResMed AirMini

Post by desiguy1234 » Fri Jun 27, 2025 9:37 am

Hello everyone, just received a AirMini for travel purpose and was browsing through the manual, but couldn't find the details. How can I power down the device? I've been playing around with the power button on front of the device, but that just seems to power on/off the therapy. But I am not finding any option to power down the entire device. The only way I can manage to do that is just disconnecting the wire itself. What am I missing? Thank you for the help?

Yes, the ResMed AirMini CPAP machine does use a small amount of power even when it's not actively delivering air pressure, but it's minimal. This is primarily due to the waterless humidification system (HumidX) and the device's standby mode. The typical power consumption is around 6.3W, with a standby mode consumption of just 1W.

The AirMini, as all modern day ResMeds never power down completely. Turning them off puts them in standby mode.
