Good evening! I didn't have any luck receiving an answer on Reddit, but this forum seems much more helpful, so I'd really appreciate anyone's assistance! I started using a CPAP (Airsense 11) back in January. I would say my average AHI since then stayed below 5. Somewhat recently, I started noticing a much larger increase in my CA's. I've always had a majority of CA's compared to obstructives, but again, since it stayed below 5, so I tried not to overthink it. I went through LOFTA so I don't currently have a doctor I can easily talk to, so I'd love advice of what I may be doing incorrectly. I included my worst nights below, but last night I noticed some progress after trying a different mask. My leaks were never bad on my last one, so I think it's probably more pressure related.
here's my improved score from last night (still feeling like garbage today though):

Again, thank you. I've been CPAP Forum lurking for months, but wanted to finally take a shot by asking my own question.

A few occasional CAs are insignificant. If your nightly average AHI gets significantly higher than 5 and most are CAs, you might mention it to your doctor.

We need to figure out what is going on with your therapy. You posted Friday night. Hang on, some people familiar with CA should be here to help Monday or Tuesday.

Do you take any medications? If so, what?
Are your sleeping soundly for the most part or do you remember multiple awakenings?

@pugsy I take 10mg of Ambien every night. I generally remember waking once or twice a night. Sometimes I’m lucky to fall back asleep.
