Help with BiPAP Pressures for RERAs

Post by ICouldSleepless » Sun Apr 13, 2025 4:42 am

Hi CPAPtalk!

About 8 months ago I got diagnosed with Sleep Apnea (AHI 12, RDI 23). I was prescribed an APAP (with pressures: min 7, max 12, EPR 3), but that only fixed my apnea and hypoapnea events - my RERAs showing no sign of imporvement.
Therefore, I kept waking up, having unrefreshing sleep, and feeling generally fatigued.

I recently made the switch to BiPAP with pressures: EPAP 6.0 and IPAP 10.5, hoping that the increased Pressure Support will help with the RERAs.
I already feel better, and the Lab Test showed that my RDI reduced to 18 the first night (about 142 RERA events).
But I wonder if improvements can be made, and would be very thankful if someone could help me out and analyze my Oscar data.

Thank you!
