SleepHQ Need help with how to drag and drop files and folders from your SD card into the file upload box below.

I'm trying to use the SleepHQ report program and could really use help with "drag all the files and folders from your SD card into the file upload box below."

From my computer do I only just drag the items on the right side of the screen over to the left side?
Or do I have to take out the SD card that is in my cpap machine and put it in my computer?

Many thanks - I'm almost 80 and not quite as handy as I would like with the computer.
