Help interpreting data

Post by Pookster » Mon Dec 09, 2024 3:28 pm

Hello,

I have been using APAP for 8 years, and am still exhausted. I finally downloaded my SD card to Oscar, but am not sure what the data means. Could anyone tell me if anything in this screenshot looks way out of line that would account for the fatigue? Or if I could include any other info that would be helpful?

Thank you!

I don't see anything on the report that just screams "fix me and you won't feel so tired". Sorry....I know that's not what you wanted to hear but your report looks very decent.
Time to look elsewhere for potential causes.

Do you take any medications of any kind?

Do you wake often during the night? How many hours of actual sleep do you think you are getting.

Do you have any other physical or mental health issues going on?
