need a new pulseox

I still have my original SP02 500 pulseox. It works great but I am needing something that will work with a newer windows desktop and Android. My old unit is bulletproof, has replaceable batteries that last a long time. Has a comfortable rubber fingertip. I cannot find anything under $100.00. I do not have apnea but have a newly installed pacemaker and nightime pulse is important. The CMS series seem to have difficulties but are recommended. Searching the forum brings up lots of old posts with expired links. Any help appreciated. Turner medicl has a good unit but it only works with Windows. If only I could export the SP02 7500 Data to a phone or tablet. THanks
