Rookie's OSCAR Data

Post by andrewsuh96 » Mon Nov 04, 2024 10:19 am

Hi CPAPtalk folks -

I am quite new to CPAP therapy and just started to utilize OSCAR. I've been trying my best to utilize some videos online to interpret the data and would love additional help from the CPAPtalk community to help me adjust my machine if needed.

For context, I seem to sleep without interruptions for the first 2/3 of my sleep but it's always the last third where I consistently go in and out of sleep or wake up and can't fall back asleep or an hour or two. Is this because my machine is not set right or just a me thing that I should consult with a doctor?

Here is a photo of my OSCAR data.

There's an overall snapshot and I've also zoomed into some of the CA and OA events.

Thank you in advance!

-Andrew
