Intellipap standard smart code

Hi , I'am new to this forum . I have a devilbliss IntelliPAP standard machine .normally I would input my smart code to a link and then print a report to use at my dot physical. unfortunately the weblink is no longer available . Is there another link or new website I can use to print out a report ?
