What's up with Sleep HQ data import?

I am a freebie member of SleepHQ without access to its forum so I will ask here about what's going on with Data Imports at SleepHQ.

All was going well with Data Imports until recently from my up-to-date OS MacBook. Using the same drag and drop method from SD card to + marks the spot for uploads, now that method is sending all data for the past year and a half taking a half hour to complete each time I upload.

Has something changed in how to upload OSCAR data for SleepHQ, or maybe a temporary glitch at SleepHQ?
