Autosense 11 OTA FW updates and repairs?

My Autosense 11 is on FW 06.5.1.0. 4512 hrs in use.

My climate hose stopped heating. Motor and all sounds normal. The climate hose has 4 contacts. The outer 2 test a resistance of 8.8K. The inner 2 test at 10 ohms. Does this sound correct on this hose?
I need to know if it is the machine itself or just a bad hose.

ALSO;
My humidifier is not heating now. The heat pad is stone cold.


I got my machine from my DME in 2022. It was setup and reporting to my DME, I guess through a cell connection? I finished totally with my DME, paid in full for my machine, and now I am living in China and have no access to my DME anymore (in California). So I am on my own to service/update this machine.
Rooting around in here I see there was a software update to 11.8.0.0 back in April. I need to manually update my machine's FW. How to do?

I haven't seen any ResMed documentation advising how to update the firmware manually.

It is pushed OTA, and given you're in China with an incompatible cellular, you're not going to get the update.
