[*] have used a BPAP machine for 2+ years. Throat is damaged. Voice is damaged. Can't sing anymore. Is this normal? Suggestions? I'm about ready to 'chuck' this machine. HELP!

Throat is damaged.
You need to have a consultation with an ENT. She will examine all of your airway including the vocal cords. While she explains the condition of your vocal cords, you will see what she sees on the monitor.
