Löwenstein USA Users, I seek advice

I just ordered a Lowenstein Prisma Smart APAP/CPAP machine with the humidifier from Canada after reading great reviews. However, being that it's not sold in the U.S. and I am new to CPAP, I am afraid that I'll have difficulty troubleshooting if an issue arises.

What or who do you use as a resource to help yourself navigate the device?

Where do you guys get spare parts, like tubes and filters, etc. if necessary for the Lowenstein? (The site I ordered from didn't have any replacement parts that I've noticed being sold.)

Any general tips/advice for this machine?
