Good one Chicago Granny! He may benefit by refining his CPAP therapy. Good sleep hygiene and getting enough rest can do wonders! If I was a betting man, I'd put money on an improved medication protocol and a mental health evaluation as being more beneficial and diagnostic. We need effective leadership at the top. There is no dishonor with having age related mental decline but he may have more serious issues. He owes it to the American people to get a mental health evaluation and show the results.
