Acoustical Vibration - PB420E

I'm currently using PB420E with a humidifier. Have no leak problem with my mask. My AHI is superb, between .8 and 1.5 at a pressure of 8 to 10 cmH2O. My only concern though is the acoustical vibration ranging from 450 to 670 since I sleep on my back most of time. To minimize my snoring, I used to set my unit and apply pressure of 8.5 (lowest) and 13 (highest) and the acoustical vibration ranges from 25 to 110, AHI is still superb, but there is a feeling of discomfort when I get up.e.g., sore throat, red eye, slight headache, neckpain . . . My question is: Do I have to bother myself with acoustical vibration? Need advice please . . .

Acoustical vibrations or snores have been known to be associated with arousals. Your 420e should be taking care of those on its own, that is if allowed to increase high enough to address them. Limiting the Pmax=13 could be the reason why.

I would increase your Pmax=15cm so it can increase on up and address the snores. Under the pressure tab, what does it show for 90% pressure? You can also setup the Ramp feature to bump it back down if needed.
