Coughing with Mouth Closed

Since I started mouth taping, I've had to learn how to cough with my mouth closed. Weird.

I haven't experience sneezing with my mouth closed yet.

Yeah, I know! Ugh...

So what's a "mouth taper" to do? Sneezes typically come on suddenly, and it's nearly impossible to rip the tape off your mouth "just in the nick of time". Anyone have experience with needing to sneeze with mouth tape already secured?
