Just did not work for me, got it via my docs sleep office.
Got a mandibular insert that suits me better.

you might want to hold on to the machine. from what i've read on the forum (haven't tried it myself) that mandibular insert seems to have a high fail rate.

i'm not saying this to be belligerent, just sharing what i've read on the forum over the years.

btw, still looking to see if you'll post any pics particularly of the use hours.
