Guys please help me with interpretation

Post by Branislav » Fri Jan 12, 2024 3:37 pm

Hello everyone, I'm currently a year into my health journey, grappling with a condition that has significantly impacted my life. At 22 years old, it feels like this challenge has taken a toll on both my physical and mental well-being. Frankly, I've reached a point where I'm struggling because I feel lost and don't know how to navigate through this. I've been undergoing CPAP therapy for over a year now, but unfortunately, I haven't experienced the improvement I had hoped for. On top of that, I also battle mixed anxiety-depression disorder, which complicates things further. Additionally, I've been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), and whether it's linked to my sleep issues or not remains uncertain. Being a medical student, the pressure is immense. If I can't find a resolution soon, I fear I may have to drop out, which would feel like the final blow. Despite my relentless efforts to optimize my sleep—utilizing tools like Vcom, sleeping in an elevated position on my side, and using mouth tape—I'm starting to lose hope in overcoming this ongoing struggle. Any insights or support would be greatly appreciated at this challenging juncture in my life.

Welcome to the forum, Branislav.
You linked to many short snippets of your nights.
Apparently, your pressure is fixed at 8.

All those snippets show an unstable, flow limited breathing pattern, indicating that the pressure in not enough to keep your airway from collapsing.

Who recommended that pressure? Is the Prisma 20a a fixed pressure machine?
Please give the us the details, and post some full nights, not only snippets.
