Morf Nasal Mask - custom fit mask

Post by Mask Guy » Tue Sep 05, 2023 3:17 pm

Has anyone tried the new Morf Nasal Mask?

I have developed it and I wanted to let everyone on this forum know about it. I have developed it with a view of providing CPAP mask users with a useful alternative to the current main stream offering.

It is completely silicone free and you custom mould it to your specific facial features to elevate pressure sores and silicone irritation, it is also relatively small. Hopefully those that have these issues find it is a useful alternative. I previously developed the TAP PAP nasal pillow mask. The mask is available through CPAP.com and comes with a free 30 day right of return, so if you do not like it you can return it for a refund. Looking forward to your feedback.

I liked the Tap pap.
Well designed, and well built.
I wore it as long as my teeth would let me.

It's about time someone came up with something like that. It looks great!
I am pretty happy with my current mask so I'm not in the market to try something else, but I wish you the best.

Thank you for all of your feedback and support.

Hopefully people that are experiencing Silicone allergies or pressure sore issues will find the Morf nasal mask useful. It is also relatively compact on the face.

Check out the video from CPAP reviews.

Even though allergies to silicone are rare, there are alternatives.
This mask, and the cloth masks by Circadiance. (Sleepweaver)
Silicone allergies do exist, both in humans and animals,
as reported by veterinarians--re neuticles.

Would you like to evaluate the Morf nasal mask at no charge?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9xKpRVxCk7k

https://www.cpap.com/productpage/morf-nasal-mask

I am looking for 10 CPAP users who would like to receive a Morf nasal mask, in order to evaluate it, at no charge. If you are interested please private message me your shipping details or any question that you do not want to make public.

To be eligible you must be located in the USA, have a CPAPtalk.com profile, be willing to watch the Morf fitting video before fitting it, have a prescription for a nasal CPAP mask, primarily use a nasal mask (not a full face or pillow mask), fit and test the mask. Finally I would like you to post your feedback on the Morf mask on CPAPtalk to let others know if it may work for them or any areas you found many not work. You are not required to do this, it is just a request. Any feedback you do provide publicly or to me privately will be used to improve the product.

It is not vital, but it would be good to know if you have any challenges with the fit or comfort of your current mask and what that mask is.

Regards,
Mask Guy.

First time I used the Morf I was sent, it took me 3 trys to get it to stop leaking. Moulding it is very easy. I used it for about three hours and woke up with a sore spot on the bridge of my nose. I added a silicone gel pad and it helped alot. I took a few nights off for my sore nose to heal. I plan to try again tonight, starting with the gel pad on my nose. I'll let you know how tonight goes. I'm confident that this is a good mask for me. Just need a few twiks. I hate the headgear fastener though. It's really hard to use with arthritis in the hands.

What is this gel pad you are referring to?

I am having a better time. I have used it two nights, but I want to get more experience before I report.

Here are two brands. Read the reviews. I have no need for one.
